<h3>Mian Kham</h3>
<p>Petit plat traditionnel Thaï constitué de differents éléments tels que, citron vert, chili, échalotte, gingembre , arachides, noix de coco et crevettes sechées. Faire un petit paquet dans une feuille d’épinard avec les différents ingrédients, ajouter un peu de sauce sucrée et puis, manger.<br />
C&#8217;est comme des feux d&#8217;artifice dans la bouche, chaque saveur particulière explose sur différents domaines de la langue. Chacun de ces ingrédients apporte saveurs fortes, assez pour vous secouer si mangé seul, mais ils fusionnent à merveille.</p>
<h3>Boulettes vietnamiennes</h3>
<p>Boulettes de pur porc assaisonné au gingembre.<br />
Faire des petit paquets dans une feuille de salade avec du basilic, de la menthe, du coriandre, des tiges de carottes, etc, et tremper dans une sauce a base de nam pla.</p>
<h3>Crevettes à la sauce à la papaye et menthe</h3>
<p>Crevettes poëlés assaisonné avec un peu de chili (pas trop), et d’ail. A tremper dans une sauce a base de papaye et de menthe. Très frais et agréable.</p>
<h3>Soupe de noix de coco au poulet et au gingembre</h3>
<p>Soupe à base de noix de coco, parfumé au gingembre et citron vert.</p>
<h3>Salade de bœuf Thaï</h3>
<p>Délicieux plat avec des tranches de bœuf grillé servi froid accompagné de salade fraiche, germes de soja, feuilles de coriandre, arachides grillés, arrosé d’une sauce nam pla.</p>
<h3>Ragoût de fruits de mer Thaï au basilic</h3>
<p>Mélange de toutes sortes de fruits de mer, moules, clams, seiche, crevettes et differents poissons blancs (dépendant du marché) aromatisé au curry vert, citronelle et basilic Thaï.</p>
<h3>Poulet au gingembre et aux champignons</h3>
<p>Blanc de poulet avec des champignons chinois, noix de cajou à la sauce d’huitres.</p>

<h2>Uitleg van de recepten</h2>
<h3><strong>Mian Kham*</strong></h3>
<p>Thaïs traditioneel gerecht dat bestaat uit verschillende elementen, zoals limoen, chili, sjalot, gember, pinda&#8217;s, kokos en gedroogde garnalen. Maak een klein pakket in een spinazie blad met verschillende ingrediënten, voeg wat zoete saus en dan eten.<br />
Het is net als vuurwerk in de mond, elke smaak explodeert op verschillende gebieden van de tong. Elk van deze ingrediënten zorgt voor een sterke smaken, genoeg om je wakker te schudden als je ze afzonderlijk eet, maar ze passen perfect samen.</p>
<h3><strong>Viëtnamese gehaktballetjes</strong>*</h3>
<p>Balletjes van mager varkensvlees op smaak gebracht met gember.<br />
Kleine pakketjes maken in een blaadje sla met basilicum, munt, koriander, wortelen, etc, en dippen in een saus van nuoc mam.</p>
<h3><strong>Garnalen saus met papaya en munt</strong>*</h3>
<p>Gebakken garnalen op smaak gebracht met een beetje chili (niet teveel), en knoflook. Dippen in een saus gemaakt van papaya en munt. Zeer fris en aangenaam.</p>
<h3><strong>Kokossoep met kip en gember</strong>*</h3>
<p>Soep met kokos en kip, op smaak gebracht met gember en limoen.</p>
<h3><strong>Thaïse beef salade</strong>*</h3>
<p>Heerlijk gerecht met reepjes gegrild rundvlees, koud geserveerd met verse salade, sojascheuten, corianderblaadjes, geroosterde pinda&#8217;s, overgoten met een nuoc mam saus.</p>
<h3><strong>Vis en zeevruchten ragout met Thaise basilicum</strong>*</h3>
<p>Mengsel van allerlei schaal-en schelpdieren, mosselen, kokkels, inktvis, garnalen en diverse witte vis (afhankelijk van de markt) op smaak gebracht met groene curry, citroengras en Thaise basilicum.</p>
<h3><strong>Gember kip en champignons</strong>*</h3>
<p>Kip met Chinese champignons, cashewnoten in oestersaus.</p>
